Banishment is always tricky business. Under traditional circumstances, you learn the demon’s name. In the event you created a demon, like I dunno, having a seemingly normal creature eat a piece of cosmic chalk, you pick the name. Knowing the name of a creature is half-battle. The other half is a lot stickier and messy.
